1.What is Passenger Reconciliation system?

Passenger Reconciliation system confirms flight & boarding pass information and regulates whether the passenger is cleared to enter the immigration and departure lounge area. Self-checked-in passengers holding self-printed or mobile boarding pass will have their boardingpasses scanned at PRS just prior to immigration. PRS will then confirm the passenger’sinfo against the airline’s system and regulate clearance.

2.Who is qualified to use the Passenger Reconciliation System?

Self-checked-in passengers holding self-printed or mobile boarding pass will have their boarding pass scanned at PRS. Still, if your boarding pass specifies that you need atravel visa or credit card check, you must first continue to the “Self Checked-in” counterfor confirmation. You might use PRS from 12 hours and up to 20 minutes of your flight departure time.

3.How do I know if I am able to use the Passenger Reconciliation system service?

There is a message on the self-printed boarding pass that says “Visa not required for passport”, where is the issuing country of your travel document. You will requirebringing along the travel documents with which you have completed your internet check-in.
